Took over as coach in 2007 bringing his experience from the GB Senior Open Team. Also helms and gives team encouragement

Has been in the crew since 1998. A laid back former Hashhouse Harrier & pretty mean with a strimmer too!

Chris 

Our most improved paddler in 2005 - as voted for by the crew. Will soon be a new Dad to twins!

Colin

Always arrives late but is nearly always there and often brings a drummer or two

Eleanor

Started paddling in 2006 at Henley winter series. Very fit lady who has also takem up marathon running

Julia

Has been in the crew since she was stolen from another charity team. Helms sometimes and stands in as crew manager when needed. Makes very nice chocolate brownies

Dave

Another 2005 recruit, saw us out training and thought "that looks like fun". He's now our helm and steers towards other boats and trees in the dark.

Geoff

Thought he was bringing his kids to do some boating - we grabbed him and now he's in the crew

She's back from shoulder problems for 2008 including the Vogalonga. Has a prospective drummer at home

Very keen crew member who travels from Salisbury to paddle with the crew.

Lorraine

Personal fitness trainer new to the crew who will make her debut race in 2008

Mark

Has been involved with the team since day 1. Sara's other half, bag carrier and calming influence (?!)

Hilary

Cross country ski champ, bike rider and now dragonboater. Hope we can stay as fit as she is!

Linda

Started paddling in 2005. Was injured for the whole of 2007 but has promised to be back, refreshed for 2008. Great cook!

Liz

Started paddling in1997 as part of a Scout team. Brings international experience from GB Senior Ladies Team

Paddy

Joined having done the Vogalonga in 2007. Likes cycling a long way.

Sam

Non-Paddling member of the crew - our groupie. Soon to be Mum to twins. Always around to give Sara a hand.

Robin

A DW & white water canoeist who fancied trying something new. Also a helm and a photographer who can often be seen fratanising with a certain Henley Dragon

Sara

Our crew manager. Makes sure we can account for everyone on race day and everyone knows where he or she’ve got to be and when they’ve got to be there.

Scott

Used to be a canoeist but had his arm twisted into trying dragon boating by Liz and Clive. Paddles regularly when not building extensions.

Sean

Flys all over Europe but has returned to paddling for the 2008 season. Also likes building extensions.

Tim

Keen paddler. Very tall,strong engine room material.

Tom

Drummer for ages and now paddles too. You should hear his double drum beat!
